1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 5h8 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By using our services through the 5h8 website, mobile version, or any other channel, you automatically accept these Terms in full.

It is mandatory to read these Terms in full before accessing the platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

5h8 reserves the right to make any final decision regarding all services, offers, and features mentioned in these Terms. These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use the services on the 5h8 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• You will operate only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• You will provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• You will register under your own identity — registration under another person's name or a fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification

5h8 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For verification, we may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to complete verification in a timely manner may result in the account being restricted or suspended.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

Any false or misleading information provided at the time of registration will result in immediate account closure, and any remaining balance may be confiscated.

3 Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. The following rules regarding accounts must be strictly followed:

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with any third party.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.
• Contact our support team to update personal information on your account.
• You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out using your account.

3.1 Account Inactivity

5h8 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Any decisions regarding the balance of inactive accounts will be made in accordance with the applicable policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the 5h8 platform. All amounts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
• Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Processing time: Generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements for any bonus have been met.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

A deposit that has been completed cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before it is processed — please contact our support team for this.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on the 5h8 platform. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳3,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving you a total of ৳31,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20x (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — only winnings after the wagering requirements have been met can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• In case of bonus abuse, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
• 5h8 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 5h8 VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on the player's gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. Advancement to a higher tier is entirely at the discretion of 5h8.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing games on the 5h8 platform:

6.1 Casino Games

• All game outcomes are controlled entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical error occurs in any game, all bets for that round may be cancelled.
• Game rules and payout tables are available in the interface of each game.
• Games from reputable providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe are available.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports.
• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20, and other tournaments.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled, 5h8 will take action in accordance with its own betting rules.
• 5h8 reserves the right to void winning bets on matches suspected of being fixed or manipulated.

6.3 Finality of Decisions

5h8's decisions regarding game outcomes are final and binding. In the event of any dispute, system log data will be considered the definitive record.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Operating more than one account on behalf of the same person.
• Artificially creating transactions or abusing bonuses for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or manipulate the platform's software in any way.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Defrauding or harassing other members through the platform.
• Participating in any form of collusion or match-fixing.

8 Limitation of Liability

The 5h8 platform bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• If any game or transaction is disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If loss occurs due to a fault on the part of a third-party service provider (payment gateway, game provider).
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If any loss occurs due to the member's own negligence or improper use.
• If any data or funds are lost due to a cyberattack or unauthorized access.

In any circumstance, 5h8's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount you deposited in connection with the relevant incident.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

11.2 Effects After Closure

After an account is closed, unused bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. However, eligible cash balances may still be withdrawn, unless they have been confiscated due to prohibited activity.
